The Gems

As a newly formed rock trio, The Gems have their finger on the pulse of the scene: In the summer of 2023, they hit the ground running with their single “Like a Phoenix” and landed at No. 2 in the German rock radio and airplay charts. In early 2024, their debut album “Phoenix” had them rise from the ashes of their former band Thundermother, using anger and the pain of separation as fuel for powerful classic rock songs.

Exceptional vocalist Guernica Mancini, Emlee Johansson on drums and Mona “Demona” Lindgren on guitar and bass make for a burning new start with this fresh record. Energetic tracks, emotional rock‘n’roll anthems and ballads alternate. The common thread is: empowerment – keep going, even when times are difficult.
