Yet again, the Dong Open Air will take place in Neukirchen-Vluyn near Krefeld on top of the Dong hill (Halde Norddeutschland).

The area is about 1 1/2 km from exit #9 (Neukirchen-Vluyn/Moers Hülsdonk) of the A57. Plenty of parking spots and a wonderful view.


After leaving the A57, follow the L474 (Geldernscher Straße) heading for Neukirchen. Straight across the crossroads (with trafficlights) and take a right turn at the 3rd street.

If you decide to come by train…:
Unfortunately the next trainstation is in Moers. Coming from Moers, the connection is not really any better than from Duisburg mainstation. Busline 929 stops in the northen Neukirchen industrial area (Neukirchener Gewerbegebiet Nord) which you can find in the bottom center of the map. Since the connection to the trainstation is still pretty bad, you would certainly benefit from taking a look at the Ride-sharing-thread (Mitfahrzentrale) on the Dong Board to check out whether anyone can give you a ride.
