Behemoth

Dark clouds are gathering in the sky and lightning strikes as behemoth use Mount Moshmore as their place of worship. Founded in 1991 in the metropolis of Gdansk under the name Baphomet, the band around singer Nergal changed the black metal with a flick of the wrist. They are among the most relevant founding members of the Polish extreme metal underground and one of the most inspiring extreme bands of the past 20 years.

Since then, the band has been adding death metal influences on its solid black metal foundation stone by stone. For the time being, the biblical monster has completed their pitch-black satanic temple with the 12th album "Opvs Contra Natvram", released in 2022. When Nergal, Seth, Orion and Inferno go into battle on the Hill, there is no escape. So put on your most fearsome corpse paint and submit unconditionally to the crushing power of Behemoth.
