Vulture Industries This band from the Norwegian hills manages to score points in the “unique” category in more than one way. While they were without a doubt influenced by Scandinavian eminences such as Arcturus, the band still sounds modern and consequently walks off the trodden paths to develop their own extravagance. On top of all this, they released a piece like Lost Among Liars, a song that is strongly shaped by the saxophone, which certainly became one of the most soulful new releases of the metal world in 2014.

The live shows of Vulture Industries are a must see. To singer Björnar, there doesn’t seem to be a different between theater and concert stages. He just cannot help it, he once confided. His outbreaks are not only theatrical, but also grandiose: Singing or passionately delivering monologues as he does in the The Tower. Currently, the suspender fans are working on their new album, so we can trust that we are not only in for some live ecstasy, but also for some new material!
