Please find in the following arrival information for the 20th Dong Open Air
Parking:
Our parking opens on Thursday, July 14th, at 8 am. You need a Dong parking ticket for these parking slots – make sure you buy them ahead of time in our online shop before they're sold out. This way, we won't have any delays when people want to pay in cash.
If you need to make a cash payment, we recommend you arrive via Geldernsche Straße driving south, so you can easily make a turn into the cash payment parking lot across from the hill.
Shuttle Service:
Shuttle service commences on July 14th, at 9am and will shuttle between the stop at the bottom of the Himmelsleiter (steep stairs going up the hill) and the Dong hilltop during these hours:
Thu: 9:00am – 1:00am
Fri & Sat: 10:00am – 1:00 am
Sun 08:00am – 12:00 noon
Caravans/camper vans:
You can use our parking options with your caravans/camper vans, but you will need to book two parking tickets.
Arriving with a walking disability:
If you have a walking disability, we recommend using our shuttle service. If this doesn't work, please contact stephan.liehr@dongopenair.de and explain your situation. Please understand that a response may take some time while the festival is going on.
Generally, you should know that a festival ticket is immensely helpful – you can get one in our online shop until Monday, July 10, and on eventim.de until July 12.
