Insanity - Dong Open Air 2015

Insanity from Switzerland have done in the past ten years what most bands dream about: The Swiss started out as a high school band, and worked their way up to be regarded as a respectable act with over 100 shows on their list, despite only having released their first album “No Limit” in 2013. Concerts with the scene’s greatest bands like Hatebreed, Madball, Agnostic Front, and Born from Pain quickly followed. In terms of musical direction, the combo has developed from metal to an independent take on hardcore in the tradition of the New York school.

Last year, the five friends self-released the EP “Ready to Row” after returning from their 2 week tour through Cuba. Generally, the band takes great pride in doing their own thing and doing it themselves, instead of letting someone else do the work.
