Dear fans and friends of the Dong Open Air,
Another year is coming to an end, a second year during which many cultural events could not happen or not happen as planned. We had to postpone the twentieth Dong Open Air for a second time and the Dong Kultur e.V., the non-profit organization running the festival, is going through its darkest times since it was founded. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been supporting us for allowing us to look forward to 2022 with confidence. You, who kept their Dong Open Air XX tickets excited for it to finally take place, who ordered Dong merchandise and who even donated to our organization. For the many supportive messages and all of the encouragement we received. Your loyalty and love for live music and the festival experience are the reason we do our work at the Dong Open Air and the all of the other adventures we undertake with the organization.
In this spirit, we'd like to wish you relaxed holidays and are looking forward to seeing you again in 2022, which we sincerely hope turns out great for everyone!
